Growing Well is a farm-based mental health charity at Low Sizergh, near Kendal.

Growing Well help 100 people a year recover from mental health difficulties by volunteering in our six-acre growing enterprise, which supplies fresh, seasonal, local, organic veg boxes to more than 100 local families 37 weeks a year.

As well as providing a vital mental health service in a safe, supportive environment where people can rebuild confidence, learn new skills, meet new people and be supported to achieve their goals, Growing Well is making a vital contribution to the growing importance and understanding of sustainably grown, healthy, local food.
